How to embed your Calendly link

You can configure your Kodda bot to naturally offer your Calendly booking link when a user expresses intent to schedule a meeting, talk to sales, or require human support.

Instructions

  1. Copy your public Calendly event link (e.g. https://calendly.com/your-name/30min).
  2. Go to your Kodda Dashboard and select your bot.
  3. Navigate to the Configuration tab.
  4. In the System Prompt, add specific instructions for the bot to share the link.

Example Prompt Addition:

"If the user asks to speak with a human, schedule a demo, or book a meeting, politely provide them with this link to find a time that works best: https://calendly.com/your-name/30min"
